
SERVICE POLICIES
All services include a variety of techniques and tools; however, these may vary on a case-by-case basis depending on individual body types and unique custom-made regimens. It is highly recommended that all clients book a consultation prior to receiving services. Without a consultation, we cannot effectively evaluate your needs for optimal overall results.
Please Note: While all services may include the mentioned techniques and tools, adjustments may be made based on the recommendations from your consultation.
Body Sculpting Appointments policy
All body sculpting appointments will be charged a $55.55 nonrefundable fee. This is due to appointment availability if you book an appointment and do not show or cancel, you are reserving a time that someone else who is serious about their services may want to book. This policy helps us navigate who is serious about their appointments.
Please note that if you book and do not obtain the services, you will forfeit your initial payment. However, if you continue with your services, that payment can go towards your appointment.
You have 48 hours before your appointment time to confirm, cancel, or reschedule. Reschedules made after 48 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. A "No Call No Show" will result in the loss of the session and forfeiture of payment. This policy applies to all Mastery Beauty clients, including VIP clients, custom package clients, maintenance session clients, and first-time session clients.
To reschedule, you must choose your new date within 48 hours of your original appointment. Please confirm your appointment via email at info@masterybeauty.com within this timeframe.
No Call No Shows
If you do not call or show up for your appointment, please communicate with me to explain your situation. I understand that life happens, and if I can empathize with your circumstances, I will consider allowing you to book with me again. However, please note that while I do not want to terminate any of my mastery beauty clients, I must be firm in my decision-making regarding appointments.
Exchange Policy
1. No Exchanges on Worn Items: Once items have been tried on, we do not offer exchanges.
2. Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund if you return unworn items within 24 hours of pickup. Please note that you will need to bring the item back to us at a designated location; we will not meet you for the return.
3. Local Pickup Exchange: For items picked up locally, exchanges must be requested within 3 hours.
4. Shipping Responsibility :If you are returning items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return them to us.
5. Condition of Items : Items returned must be unworn and show no signs of damage to qualify for a refund.
6. Sizing Responsibility It is your responsibility to read our exchange policy and refer to the size chart before making a purchase. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, it will not be the company's responsibility. Please ensure you select the correct size based on the provided size chart.
7. Refund Timeframe :Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
