We do not offer exchanges on worn items. You may return unworn items within 3 hours of pickup for a full refund.

- To initiate a return, please return the unworn item to us at a designated location within 3 hours of pickup. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Can I exchange items if I picked them up locally?
- Yes, exchanges for local pickups must be requested within 3 hours of pickup.
4. What if I ordered the wrong size?
- It is your responsibility to refer to the size chart before making a purchase. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, it will not be the company's responsibility.
5. How long will it take to process my refund?
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.
6. Do you offer refunds for body sculpting services?
- No, there are absolutely no refunds for body sculpting services once they have commenced. However, service adjustments can be discussed prior to starting treatments.
