1.What is your exchange policy?
 

 We do not offer exchanges on worn items. You may return unworn items within 3 hours of pickup for a full refund.

2. How do I initiate a return?

   - To initiate a return, please return the unworn item to us at a designated location within 3  hours of pickup. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Can I exchange items if I picked them up locally?

   - Yes, exchanges for local pickups must be requested within 3 hours of pickup.

4. What if I ordered the wrong size?

   - It is your responsibility to refer to the size chart before making a purchase. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, it will not be the company's responsibility.

5. How long will it take to process my refund?

   - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.

6. Do you offer refunds for body sculpting services?

   - No, there are absolutely no refunds for body sculpting services once they have commenced. However, service adjustments can be discussed prior to starting treatments.

7. Does body sculpting hurt?

   - Body sculpting experiences can vary among individuals, but many clients report feeling some level of discomfort during the procedure. Depending on the specific technique used, you may feel sensations such as pressure, mild soreness, or warmth in the treated areas. It's important to communicate with your practitioner about your comfort level during the session, as we can adjust the pressure or technique to help minimize discomfort.
